Your Local Real Estate Specialist for Kershaw County and the Midlands

About Us

Terri began her career in real estate in 2004. She has a unique style of getting things done for the customer, no matter what. She has sold over 600 homes, and with that comes the knowledge and expertise to get your home sold or to help you purchase the right home and help guide you through the transaction.

Terri’s strengths are clearly her people skills, which not only come naturally but have developed from being self-employed and working with the public for more than 30 years. Not only can she recommend a closing attorney, home inspector, and other professionals needed to purchase a home, but she can help those new to the area find a doctor, daycare center, school, church, civic club, and more to help make your move as easy as possible.

Terri has a great sense of humor and tries to make the home buying/selling process fun even though it can get hectic at times. Her goal is to make everyone on both sides of the transaction happy. Words clients use to describe working with Terri include honest, responsive, knowledgeable, timely communication, a joy to work with, and keeping her client’s best interests in mind. She is active in the community serving on the local hospital Board of Visitors and is an active member of the local Board of Realtors. Terri and her husband, Robert, a real estate broker, have been married since 1988 and have three children.

Terri’s family is originally from Bayonne, NJ. After moving to Fort Lauderdale in the 1970′s, her entire family relocated to Camden in 1980, where they remain today. Robert’s family has lived in the Kershaw County area since the 1700′s, according to a family tree. They have also owned property on Lake Wateree since the 1970s, where they spend a lot of time boating and enjoying the water. Obviously, they are committed to the area and would love to tell you the “story” of what makes Kershaw County and Northeast Columbia a special and unique place to call home.
